Melanie Revolta


Mel undertook many years of personal yoga practise before completing her teacher training in 2008 with Conrad Paul of Yoga Professionals and has been teaching Yoga ever since.  She holds an Award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise, a Diploma in Pilates, is a qualified Physical Education & Movement Teacher and has attained an MA in Community Education Studies. Mel has been the Shropshire County Representative for the British Wheel of Yoga since 2014 and attends regular training days with their experienced senior trainers.

Mel values developing her knowledge and regularly undertakes training with Senior Yoga Teachers. In 2014 she undertook restorative yoga training with Judith Hanson Lasater and qualified as a Relax and Renew Trainer. In 2017 she studied with Sarah Ramsden, yoga teacher to Manchester United and City Football Clubs, and qualified with Sports Yoga & Yoga Alliance Professionals in Teaching Yoga in Sport & To Athletes.

Her passion for Yoga is demonstrated as she attends workshops and In-Service Training opportunities with yoga training providers including Yoga Campus: Shiva Rea, Judy Gudmestad & Zephyr Wildman, British Wheel of Yoga: Andrea Kwiatkowski, Gary Carter, Paul Fox, Philip Xerri, Liz Lark & Zoe Knott.   

Mels Yoga is influenced by a range of yogic traditions that she draws on to create an eclectic mix when teaching.  Her vast knowledge and experience enable you to get the most from your Yoga practise.

Lorraine Romney


Lorraine is passionate about empowering people to help themselves.   She qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2012 and has also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psycho Sensory Therapy, Mindfulness and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Mother of three grown up children, Lorraine’s previous work life experiences have been broad.  A substantial part of her career was spent as a college teacher and manager and more recently she has been a therapeutic foster mother and worked in the special education needs sector. 

Lorraine now runs a therapy business in Telford and from a clinic in Sutton Coldfield, where she predominantly helps clients overcome various anxiety based problems.  She is whole heartedly enthusiastic about the values of Mindfulness and how developing Mindfulness skills can reduce stress and promote positive mental health.

Melissa Lauriello


Melissa is a Contemporary Dance artist living in Telford.  Having completed R.A.D Classical Ballet Advanced 1, Tap and Modern I.S.T.D Advanced 1 certificates during her teenage years, she gained a Distinction in BTEC National Award(Dance) amongst other A levels.  Melissa then completed her degree at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance obtaining a 2:1 BA Hon’s in Contemporary Dance.

Having recently moved back to Shropshire, she is teaching Jazz fitness, Classical Ballet, Contemporary Technique, Barre and Tap dance to various age groups and hopes to keep expanding her teaching repertoire to provide dance classes for as many people as she can. Melissa furthers her own technique and understanding by travelling to Birmingham for professional classes and doing Yoga and Pilates in her spare time.

Lisa Greatoreux


Lisa has been teaching Pilates for two years after training to become a Pilates Instructor under the tutoring of Sarah Gatford.  She is also an Exercise to Music Instructor so don’t be too surprised if her class occasionally involves some movement to music!  Lisa uses small props, particularly thera-bands and the small ball, as a means of adding variety and challenge to her class, even with beginners.

Lisa has spent most of her career as a secondary school Science teacher  and is now primarily involved in assessment and teacher training. Recently she studied for a degree in Psychology developing an interest in the role of exercise to promote mental health and well-being.  Becoming an exercise instructor was a logical step in combining these interests particularly as she loves teaching and being with people.  Currently she is studying to become a specialist in planning and delivering exercise to independently active, older adults.

Michelle Terry

Yoga Chelle

Michelle is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher with the British School of Yoga and has been practising Yoga for over 10 years. She recently moved back to the UK after living in Australia for 9 years. During her time there she fell in love with the practice of Yoga, learning free-flowing classical vinyasa yoga at Dharma Shala Yoga School in North Bondi. 

During her time in Sydney she also qualified as a Sports, Remedial & Aromatherapy Massage Therapist and Reiki level 2 practitioner. Once back home in the UK, Michelle completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and is delighted to now be sharing her passion for yoga and meditation in her local community.




Jo is a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor who has been practising different styles of Yoga for more than 10 years. She trained with Yoga Professionals in association with YMCA Fitness.  Training as a Yoga instructor has enabled her to enhance her Yoga practice, while also being able to share her love of Yoga with others. Jo works for the NHS as a practicing MRI Radiographer and has a keen interest in human anatomy and physiology. Jo has a found Yoga to be an effective means of stress relief, improving flexibility and balance, increasing strength and energy, thereby contributing to overall health and well-being.

Kirsty Fisher


Kirsty  is our bubbly and very friendly part-time receptionist at ‘The Supple Fitness Studio’ and attended the University of Chester gaining a BA (Hons) in Counselling Skills and Psychology.  She also works as a Customer Support Co-ordinator answering over 50 calls a day and placing these  orders on  a daily basis.  Kirsty will endeavour to answer any queries that you may have with regards to class availability, the booking system, 1:1 and Sports Massage Therapy sessions. 

Outside of work Kirsty is an avid organiser of events and has participated in fundraising challenges such as the 24hour ‘Relay for Life’ in 2015 & colour runs. A Pilates enthusiast herself she also enjoys Zumba and Trampoline classes.
